- Added new Terms of Use (RULES).
*Terms of Use are displayed at beginner area tunnel.
- Increased cooldown of Blessing from 40s to 80s.
- Increased healing rate of Therapeutic Touch by 10%.
- Reset Splashy Ice to it's former glory.
*Splashy Ice was nerfed for the last 2 years to combat
botting. With the new rules, instead of preventing this,
users will be punished accordingly.
- Fixed texture of the tunnel.
- Fixed issue where starter NPC was not giving some items.
- Removed both x100 mob arena alter in fort.
*This was done to prevent power-leveling.
