its weird that you can not enter. Ive couldnt cuz of old client. After I downloaded new , everything is fine. try to do like Soggy says. I hope it helps

set engine.exe and launcher.exe to Windows 7 compabtilbity, and run both as Admin

One note i got A servercrash: when try to check in to Storage i get A CL. Is this noted before?
